Best toy ever

This weekend we bought E'llee her own jog stroller which she loves! She spent the last 2 nights runner her penguins around and around the kitchen island.

When she ran into something she learned to check her babies first and then herself and then started back up again.

Momma Cate is working

That is the mantra right now. As we went to bed last night, which is momma Cate's gig, not mine. After we settled down read books, watch Little Einsteins it was crying Momma Cate! Momma cate!

No Momma Cate around to provide the proper snuggliness necessary for bedtime. But after coaxing E'llee back into bed we spent time soothing ourselves by repeating:

Momma Cate we love you.
Momma Cate we miss you.
Momma Cate we are sad you are not here.

One more night and Cate is back to put the little one to sleep.

My little Swimmer

Last night I got some new goggles and swim suits so I gave my old goggles to E'llee. She put them on and started "swimming" across the floor. Doing a breaststroke kind of stroke.

Then last night in the tub I have been trying to get her to "hide her eyes". And Lo and Behold, last night she did it. And not only did she do it but she held her breath for about 10 seconds as well. I was SO PROUD!!!!! And she did it about 5 times too! My little swimmer!
